Food and Wine Best New Chefs 2008

For the past 20 Years, Food & Wine magazine has been naming its Best New Chefs from across America. According to the magazine, "this highly coveted award identifies up-and-coming chefs in America who are innovators with a distinct culinary style and vision creating exceptionally delicious food."

Past winners include such culinary legends as Daniel Boulud, Nobu Matsuhisa, and Rick Bayless.
